WPBakery Page Builder DONT UPDATE

Hello,
I’ve purchased five Woodmart themes from you. With all of them, I’m getting this error when updating WPBakery Page Builder. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching to us.
Go to Appearance > Install Plugins and try updating from there.
2- If the automatic update does not work, update manually:
3- Download the latest version from your ThemeForest account.

Navigate to Plugins, deactivate WPBakery, and then delete it (you will see the Delete option after deactivating).
Upload the plugin manually by going to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, and select the archive from theme/inc/plugins/js_composer.
