Please use the private content field to share your website information. Also, could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us a screenshot of the problem so we can better understand what is wrong?

Our website is live, so we cannot disable all the plugins. So I request you to do it by yourside. Since u are more expert. If you want we can create a staging website and share its access. Below I shred the direct login link for you. Thanks
In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

Yes this is the staging website we just duplicated the website to another domain, since our staging was not working. So you can do whatever u want here but make sure you create a log for that and do send us the same since we have to repeat the same in main website later. Rest in mobile view the filter is not showing this is the main problem we are facing.

in this particular product the all specifications are not loading properly. Although everything is visible from backend but not reflecting on front page. Kindly fix this issue. I think its a glitch
