DJLS1997ParticipantHi,
We have this website: https://juguetessexualess.es/
When trying to place an order, the “Order Received” page shows a 404 error instead of the expected thank you message and order details.
We ran a quick test and noticed that when the Woodmart theme is deactivated, the checkout redirects correctly to the thank you page and shows the order details.
It seems the issue is related to the theme. Could you please investigate and let us know what’s causing this?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

Artem TemosKeymasterWe just tested this with the Storefront theme and it shows the same error. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/4c8dbea30df9a370f3271f1bd30c22a4

DJLS1997ParticipantCan you please tell us what is causing this issue ?

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but I don’t know why it might not work. Most likely, there is some issue with WooCommerce. Try to contact its developers or refer to its documentation for help.

DJLS1997ParticipantWe deactivated the Elementor Pro plugin and it worked so we got in touch with the Elementor support and they sent us this message,
“Hello there,
I completely understand your reasoning; however, after thorough testing on our side, I can confirm that Elementor Pro works correctly with WooCommerce’s checkout and thank-you flow in a clean environment. We’ve verified this using the default Hello Elementor theme and other standard setups — the redirection and Purchase Summary display function as expected.
It’s important to note that Elementor and Elementor Pro are developed, tested, and optimized specifically for the Hello Elementor theme, which is our official theme. While many other themes may work well with Elementor, we cannot guarantee full compatibility or make code-level changes in our plugin to adapt it to third-party themes. There are thousands of themes on the market, and maintaining compatibility with all of them is not technically feasible.
Since the issue occurs only under specific configurations and not in a standard Elementor + WooCommerce environment, this indicates a compatibility or custom-hook conflict in your current setup, rather than a core Elementor Pro bug.
At this stage, the best next step would be to have the theme developers review how their code handles the thank-you page redirect when Elementor Pro is active, particularly if they are using custom overrides or template replacements for the WooCommerce checkout endpoint.
If Elementor and WooCommerce function correctly with the Hello Elementor theme — which our testing confirms — this demonstrates that the core functionality works as intended, and any adjustments would need to be handled on the theme’s side.”
So since your theme is Elementor compatible please check what might be the issue and help us find a reasonable solution. Or let us know what should we tell elementor team to check.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
But the problem is not with the WoodMart theme but with the core WooCommerce theme – Storefront https://gyazo.com/4c8dbea30df9a370f3271f1bd30c22a4
Please test with the default themes, like Twenty Twenty Five, for example.Kind Regards

DJLS1997ParticipantThe problem is not with WooCommerce. Because as I explained we deactivated only the Elementor Pro theme and then did test checkout and the thank you page worked perfectly fine. So we got in touch with the Elementor Pro support and that’s the above message they sent.

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, I read the message. However, the conflict arises with all themes except Elementor’s Hello. It’s not limited to WoodMart alone. If it works with the default WordPress theme, it should also work with WoodMart.
