No icons for Popups and Floating blocks menu items

Hello,
After updating to version 8.3, the icons for the menu items “Popups” and “Floating Blocks” are missing. The popups themselves appear to be functioning correctly.
Please see the attached screenshots.
Is there a way to fix this?
