Navigate >> Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Shop Filters >> there you can select the Content Type.
There are two options for its Content Type (Widgets or HTML Block): https://ibb.co/hYrJnnH
If you select the Widgets > then you need to go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> there you can add the widgets under the Shop Filters area: https://ibb.co/wBXGM4Q
Or the second way is the HTML Block. You can go to Dashboard >> HTML Blocks >> create a Block with Page Builder active on your Site >> and then use that Block as the Filters area by selecting that Block under the Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Shop Filters.

If the issue still remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
