i can not get the full themes

First of all, I was trying to upload the theme, but it wouldn’t upload — the website kept freezing. So I decided to upload it manually through the files instead. I specifically bought WoodMart because of the Pets theme, but only 86 themes appeared instead of 90, and the Pets theme isn’t showing among them.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. The latest version of the Theme running is 8.3.3. This demo comes in the 8.3 version.

Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

I tried this and tried everything in these forms that people shared their problems, but it still would not work. I tried once more time after reading your answer, but it is still the same and shows the same error “downloading update from https://xtemos.com/licenses/api/files/get/woodmart.zip?token=1…”

1. Download the most recent WoodMart version from your ThemeForest account.
2. Go to Appearance -> Themes -> Add new
3. Click on the “Upload theme” button and then choose the theme installable zip file in the form.
4. Click on “Install now.“
5. WordPress will show you information about your existing version. Click on the “Replace current with uploaded” button.

I already did that and it is not working at all i replaced it multiple times and the error is still there
