    I’ve added only 4 categories to displayin this section (as shown in the screenshot), but the layout doesn’t look right .. there’s extra space on the right side. I want the 4 categories to stretch across the full width of the screen without leaving that empty space.

    Hello,

    Edit the page using Elementor, then open the Product Categories widget.

    Go to the Style tab, and under Carousel Settings, set the “Slides Per View” option to 4.

    thank you! please help me hide the “Uncategorized” category from the shop banner (see screenshot attached). I don’t want to enable the option that hides categories with zero products, because I still have two categories with no products yet and I want to keep them visible. I only want to hide the “Uncategorized” category specifically.

    Can I make this section like a slider? I mean, instead of creating the same section multiple times (one under another), I’d like to have it as a slider where I can click or swipe to move to the second, third, or fourth one. That way, it won’t take up too much space on the homepage.

    Hello,

    01. If you wish to get rid of the “Uncategorized” product category once and for all, you need to create at least another product catergory, so that you can make it the “default” one.

    Simply hover onto the category you want to set as default, and click on “Make default”:

    After that you have another Default Category, you can now freely hover onto the “Uncategorized” product category and click on “Delete”.

    Hello,

    01. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > In the main widget area, edit the Instagram widget and add more images.

    02. You have not set up an account page. Create a page with the account shortcode [woocommerce_my_account]
    Then, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, then click Save Changes to set the My Account page in the section of Page Setup.

    I know how to do that, but I want the images to fill the empty space horizontally, not vertically (see screenshot).

    Hello,

    01. The space in the footer is due to an empty column in the footer layout because you have selected 5 columns in the footer and the third column is empty.

    Navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Choose your footer layout. Depending on the number of the columns, you will have a different number of widget areas for the footer in Appearance->Widgets: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/set-up-footer/

    02. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.

    Make sure the correct pages are assigned for Cart and Checkout.

    If these pages are missing, create new pages and insert the following shortcodes:

    Cart page: [woocommerce_cart]

    Checkout page: [woocommerce_checkout]

    03. Sorry for the inconvenience but this Internal 500 Server Error is not related to Theme. It is the Elementor & your Server issue. Please go through these articles to know more about it & how to resolve it:

    Hello,

    You can check the available option in Appearance > Widgets> in the main widget area. Otherwise, choose the footer content HTML Block and edit it with Elementor and customize the footer layout in the Elementor.

    Hello,

    Glad to hear the issue is resolved! It seems the problem was related to PHP memory or execution time limits, and your temporary fix helped restore Elementor’s functionality.

    If it happens again, it’s best to ask your hosting provider to permanently increase the PHP memory limit and max execution time from the server side.
