Deactivation of license is not possible

    I am trying to deactive the current woodmart license my website developer was using, as I have purchased my own license. When i am deactivating the current license it shows that the license has been removed successfully and when I am refreshing the page the deactivation button is active again and I can deativate it again. After deactivation of the current license and without refreshing the page I can active the new license I have purchased, but when updating the theme it shows that I have no auothorization to do so. Can you please assist?

    Hello,

    Thank you for using our theme and contacting us.

    If you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.
    Then you will be able to deactivate and activate it properly.
