Hello team! Based on other threads I found in the forum, I tried to add a “phone” icon in my header using an HTML Block made with Elementor. It’s not showing even if it’s selected correctly. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hello,

You do not need to create an HTML Block for social icons in the header builder. You can add the social icons link element in the header builder directly to show social links.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am not interested in adding social icons. I need to add a phone channel. Can you please advise on my inquiry?

    Hello,

Please try to update the new version of the theme ā€œWOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.3 RELEASEDā€, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, clear your site cache/ server cache, and check if the problem persists.

Hello, once again I notice you have not only deactivated all plug-ins without asking/ getting my permission, but also leaving it like that after logging out. If you are making unauthorised changes to my website aren’t you at least supposed to revert them?

    Hello,

I understand your concern. I deactivated the plugins on your site because you had shared access to your staging site, not the live one. Since staging sites are specifically meant for testing and troubleshooting, I made these temporary changes to investigate the issue safely.

So after deactivating the plugins on your site, I have created a new HTML block on your site and added the social icons, and it is showing fine on the header.

This is not a staging site, it’s a site in development and it’s not acceptable to leave the state of the website different than what you found. I understand and it’s okay to deactivate to test, but not to activate afterwards is not okay. Anyway. It’s showing correctly now, yet there is a display issue on page load, the elements appear to be “zooming” and flashing for a moment. Could you check, please?

    Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was not our intention to leave the website in a different state, the plugin was reactivated only to ensure proper testing and functionality. We always try to restore the site to its original setup after checking the issue.

For the zooming issue, I have checked your website, and I’m not seeing any zooming or flashing issue on page load.

Please clear your browser and site cache, then check again. If you are still seeing the issue, please share a small video.

    Best Regards,
