    Hi everyone,
    I’m experiencing a bug with the fixed column.

    Even though I selected it in the Product Page Layout settings, it no longer works.

    Can you check? And if necessary, apply a patch?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Okay, I’ll try and update you.

    But if it works with the template importer, that’s not good because it undoes the entire layout I created previously.

    The one I had previously always worked fine… I never changed it again. Only after the latest theme updates did I notice this bug.

    Anyway, as soon as I can and get back to the office, I’ll try to do what you said and update you.

    I completely understand your concern, yes, using the template importer can indeed override your existing layout, which is why we recommend proceeding with caution or testing it on a staging setup first. Since the issue appeared after the latest theme update, it’s possible that a change in the structure or layout handling triggered this behavior.

    Please take your time to test when you’re back at the office, and let me know the outcome.

    Once you share the result, we’ll continue from there and find a way to resolve it without affecting your previous layout.

    Hi Aizaz

    I’ll update you on the situation.

    I’ve run several tests, creating a new layout as you suggested (see screenshot),
    but nothing changes.

    To make sure there weren’t any external plugins conflicting, I also deactivated all the plugins, leaving only the theme and essential ones (see videos). Even this test didn’t change anything.

    I think you should try to check it out yourself.

    I just updated the theme to version 8.3.4. I can confirm that this issue now seems to be resolved.

    Can you help me understand what’s changed in the new version?

    Yes, exactly that was the issue! The recent update in WPBakery 8.3.4 addressed the sticky column compatibility, so everything should now work correctly.
