wood mart issue with wp rocket plugin

Hi, I have an issue with woodmart theme.

1.I run Wp rocket plugin. I had to disable it because when I tried to log into my wp website as an admin it would take forever to get me in, and I would get slow speed, server errors 505, 503. So I disabled it and it is working fine.

2, My next issue since this morning is the hidden navigation both in desktop view and mobile view. some sort of css issue. I have to hover over it to see it. Never had this issue before. I updated to the latest woodmart theme but had to restore to my previous woodmart version because I was experiencing similar issues. When I restored my previous version from my backup, everything was fine, but then after a couple hours I noticed hidden navigation.
When activating wp-rocket plugin, I would get distorted logo.

Please help me with this issue
