to meHi, Ki.
Thank you for reaching out and for using WooCommerce Product filters. I am happy to assist you.
[ Product Filter not displaying ]
You’re absolutely right! In fact, I couldn’t even get it to display on the desktop on the draft page I created: https://ormannoir.com/?page_id=28404&preview_id=28404&preview_nonce=8c821cc418&preview=true.
Your settings are just fine. The versions of WooCommerce, WooCommerce Product Filters, WordPress, and PHP that you are using appear to be in great shape. And your plugin settings seem to be correctly set.
However, it looks like you are using Cloudflare.
Take a look at the image here: https://share.zight.com/X6u6Zepr
Cloudflare has a caching mechanism that sits on top of every request to your site. Since our plugin is displaying dynamic information, caching your product catalog will result in incorrect information being displayed. Caching, by default, is used for pages that only serve static content. For pages like single product page, or with a product catalog plus product filters, it is recommended that you exclude them from caching.
Would you mind if you try excluding these files below from being cached in Cloudflare? This should fix the issue.
WooCommerce Product Filters
/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-product-filters/assets/build/wcf-frontend.js
/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-product-filters/assets/build/wcf-frontend.cssnow i have never signed up for clouflare so i went to my hosting provider hostinger and spoke to them and this is what they said : Hi Ki, I see you’re using Hostinger, not Cloudflare, so file-level cache exclusions aren’t possible here. The Barn2 plugin’s suggestion only works if you control Cloudflare’s cache rules, which isn’t the case with Hostinger’s built-in cache.
now they then told me i can try troubleshooting this by turning off the automatic cache through there h panel and i have tried this and had no luck . i am still awaiting response from barn 2 but while waiting response i wanted to see if you guys to checkout it out and see if its a problem on the theme side . many thanks in advance ki

Artem TemosKeymasterHello
Thank you for providing detailed information about the issue with the Barn2 Product Filters plugin. To determine whether this conflict is related to the WoodMart theme, we recommend performing a test by temporarily switching your site’s theme to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty-Three. If the problem persists with the default theme active, it is likely related to plugin or caching conflicts rather than WoodMart itself.
Regards
