Split: Thank you page is not displaying after completing the purchase

After completing a purchase, I’m redirected to
/?page_id=3%2Forder-received%2F6972%2F&key=wc_order_BxLkJTm4mnO3X&vetpoint_download=1&oid=6972,
and the page remains blank, even though I created a layout in the Woodmart Layout Editor.
Is there a solution for this?
