[email protected]ParticipantHi, I just bought a new license for Basel theme, but it seems I couldn’t activate it, it says “API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.”
I already contacted our service provider, and they said the OpenSSL version is already 1.0+
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access and FTP.
In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.
Best Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterWe can’t connect your server via FTP. Probably, there is some country restriction on your web server.

[email protected]ParticipantHi, please try again, I already added your country IP to the allowed list.
Thank you

Artem TemosKeymasterStrange, but it still doesn’t connect and gives me timeout 20 seconds without response error using FileZilla.

[email protected]ParticipantHi, can you give me your IP Address? My host provider is checking the firewall server.

[email protected]ParticipantThey already checked the firewall server, your IP isn’t blocked.
They afraid that your network blocked our IP.
Have you tried using other connection/VPN?
Connect to alana.rapidplex.comOr is there any other way to solve this activation problem?
July 31, 2018 at 6:32 am #70079
Artem TemosKeymasterBut the problem is that we can’t see your website via VPN only. It means that your website blocks requests
By the way, if you can’t do this, it is not required to activate the theme. The only problem you will have is that you will need to update theme manually via Appearance -> Themes.
