Elementor not working on WoodMart

I have updated PHP and tried reinstalling still the same issue, Elementor not working. Please advise.

Please deactivate and uninstall the WPBakery page builder plugin. Our theme can work with only one of them at the same time: either Elementor or WPBakery page builder.
baker is already inactive
We are using the Woodmart theme and import the demo content. But when we trying to edit the page with elementor or WP bakery builder it shows 404 error. Please check the screenshots:

We have increased the memory limit, change the permalinks, used the paid elementor pro. but still nothign works

Please send us your FTP access so we can troubleshoot what is wrong.
This FTP account works, but it doesn’t contain any files. We can’t see your website’s file structure.
try these credentials instead:
Try to add the following code snippet to the .htaccess file in your website root directory and test how it works
