Wrong page load, images, carousels etc in 2.8.1

Hello,

I found problem in 2.8.1 the page sometimes loads wrong. Please take a look at video. In 2.7.0 seems everything fine.
I will try today downgrade to 2.7.0 to see if it happens too, but I made quick check and it seems ok.
It mostly happens when developers console is open, but sometimes it happen without dev console.
I tried it with all plugins disabled except necessary, but it seems it isn’t plugin conflict.
