Tried to update the site but Site cannot be updated

Good day, I have tried to update the site to the newest version, but whenever I try to update, I always get a blank page. I think there is an issue or bug
Hello,
1. Download the most recent WoodMart version from your ThemeForest account.
2. Go to Appearance -> Themes -> Add new
3. Click on the “Upload theme” button and then choose the theme installable zip file in the form.
4. Click on “Install now.“
5. WordPress will show you information about your existing version. Click on the “Replace current with uploaded” button.

Good day, thanks for answering, that’s what I have been doing, I am updating it manually; however, after I update to the latest version. The site is not loading any content; it only displays a blank page.

Thanks for the response.
Please be informed that the site is an e-commerce site, so it cannot be down for an extended period. I have to revert to a backup (the old working copy) to make it work while I look for a solution, as the site is not loading when I update it to the latest version.

Please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for the reply. I think the issue was resolved in your latest update, v8.3.4. I think the version was 8.3.3. but i saw another issue, will open a different thread apologies
