License is not activating

    Hi, I am trying to active my license, but it is not activating. In xtemos portal it says active but on my WordPress is not activated. What should I do?

    Hello,

    Deactivate the activation via your account on our website, and then try to activate it again in WoodMart -> Theme license.

    Let me know the result.
