Delivery estimate not showing for guest users

Hi, I found an issue with the shipping delivery estimate block. It only shows when users are logged in. When visiting the site as a guest, the delivery estimate doesn’t appear at all.
Is this a known issue? How can I make it visible for guests too?

Hello,
This behavior might occur if you’ve selected specific shipping methods under the “Shipping Zone and Method” option in the delivery estimate settings.
Please try leaving this field empty — doing so will apply the rule to all available shipping zones and methods, allowing the delivery estimate to appear.
