Search Bar Showing Wrong Colour on Homepage

We have identified two items we need some help with:

1. The green magnifying glass in the search bar shows in Blue only on the Homepage when viewed on Mobile. It also does this in the navigation side menu. This has only changed recently. The shop pages and catalogue etc show the magnifying glass correctly in Green. It displays correctly everywhere on desktop. I have checked the setting in the header bar setup and these are correct. Steps to re-create:
1. View the homepage on mobile, you will see a blue icon in the search bar and navigation
2. View a product page and you will see the icon correctly displayed in green.

2. We have recently noticed that two buttons appear above the header on mobile. One called “Skip to navigation” and another ” skip to main content”. These were not there before, how do we turn these off? See screen shot
