    Hello,

    I contact you because I have several problems:
    1) Unable to access my product pages. When I’m on my Shop page and click on a product, a page “404 Not Found opens.” Please tell me how to correct the problem
    2) when I’m on the shopping cart page and add a discount code, when I click Refresh cart The discount code does not apply, it is absolutely necessary to refresh the page to be Effective. How to do it?
    3) at the Checkout page, the VAT does not appear on the invoice total while I have checked the option in Woocommerce.

    Hello,

    1. Check Settings > Permalinks. You could make the wrong configuration.

    As for discount and checkout page, these are templates of WooCommerce our theme does not influence that. Check your settings once again.

    Regarding the promo code and the VAT I confirm that the parameters are correctly configured! However, when I am on my cart, that I enter a promo code it confirms me well that the one is correctly activated but for the promotion to be visible at the level of my basket it is necessary to refresh the page.. The “Update my Shopping cart” button does not work. Please tell me how to fix this problem!

    Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand where our theme causes the problem.

    Hello,

    you can see in attach file that the promotion code is correctly active but the basket on the right doesn’t affiche the promotion. As already said, i need to refresh the page to see the promotion.
