computermobilParticipantHi friends.
As you know, i buildt multiole sites with Woodmart and i like it.
But now i have a problem with a new site.Since Version 8.3.4 the backend is really slow. Not only the theme settings saving, also the pluaign activation or any other things what do need the database.
I jave deactivated all other plugins except Woodmart core, but still the same.
Maybe its cause i imported some theme settings from an other site?
Frontend speed is ok, its only a backend issue.
Anyway, any kind of help is welcome!
Ut is a developing site, so it is in maintenance mode, but i can give you admin access if needed.
Kind regards,
OliverNovember 19, 2025 at 11:45 am #696679
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease create a short video demonstrating how the default theme functions compared to WoodMart, highlighting the differences. Additionally, kindly ensure that all plugins are temporarily disabled and provide us with your admin access so that we can verify this as well.
Thank you for your cooperation.

computermobilParticipantHi Artem.
Thank you for your reply.
I am so sorry, but i am unable to make a video.
Anyway, i created some login credentials for you, what you will find in the not public area.
You can test any plugin deactivation or sacing theme settings, or whatever. and you will see immediatly what i mean with “slow”
This is a staging site, so dont worry of any changes.
Thank you very much in advance!Kind regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterWe have tested your website, but don’t see any differences between our theme and Storefront for example. The backend work is approximately the same. We can’t confirm any performance issues caused by WoodMart.
