Configure theme headers footer and all in staging and then deploy ?

Is it possible to do all the work needed in a staging WordPress with Woodmart settings, headers banners options etc and then export all that to import in production WordPress install ?
And if yes – hopefully – how ?

Export WoodMart Theme Settings:
Navigate to Theme Settings > Import/Export, export the settings file, and import it on the main site.
