    When browsing the product page on an ipad, no comments are displayed

    Well, I have set up two tabs. Here, I will introduce them using TAB 1 and TAB 2

    TAB 1: Tablet (ipad) + computer display, hide mobile version, show comments
    TAB 2: Show for mobile devices, hide for tablets and computers, hide comments

    According to what I mentioned above, the tablet end should be able to display comments, but now the tablet end only shows the description inside, and the tabs effect is also invalid

    Because tabs on the mobile phone hide comments, I added a comment module below and set it to only display on the mobile phone (I want to set a separate comment area on the mobile phone).

    Could it be that your code logic has caused the problem

    When I checked the display in the elementor editor, it was correct, but when I actually visited the product page display, there would be a problem

    Now I have checked your site and both the product description and review tab showing which you enable in the layout settings for tablet mode. In this tab, settings both description and review showing which you enable in the widget settings.

    My product description and reviews have many hidden and displayed Settings for tablets, mobile phones and computers, which is rather complicated.

    You may not have understood what I mean. I set up to display comments and descriptions on the tablet (iPad), but now only the descriptions are shown.

    Hello,

    Responsive breakpoints, and tablets (like iPad) often fall into the mobile breakpoint depending on screen width.

    When this happens:

    • The tab intended for mobile only (TAB 2) may become active on iPad
    • The tab intended for tablet + desktop (TAB 1) may be hidden
    • This results in the comments section not appearing on tablet, since TAB 2 hides comments

    It’s caused by the device width matching the mobile breakpoint. The comments are inside an accordion, which only displays when the tab is active

    I don’t understand what you’re saying. Are you saying this isn’t a bug, right? It’s normal.
