Change autoscroll effect on Select Option button and when Filter using Woodmart

I do some custom code on on Add to Cart using Select Option, but somehow it using your theme autoscroll to Add to cart button, can i know how i can customize this one
Same with the filter from Woodmart Woocommerce Layered Nav it autoscroll to top page after filter product
