mrkapable007ParticipantDear Team,
You urgent attention to a critical issue is required.
We updated our site to the latest WP and woocommerce. After updating some product links throws “500 internal server error”. This is not a server side issue but plugin conflict. Read more below
To check and be sure the error is no on our ends, we created a staging site and deactivated all plugins to test.
Here is my findings:
1. When elementor is disabled, All product link loads and works normal.2. When elementor is enabled a host of products will not load.
3. I switch theme to “Twenty Twenty Five on the staging site” all products loads and works normal.
Based on our findings we can conclude and say that the issue is from woodmart theme.
I have provided all the necessary access you may need.
Your ugent attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

mrkapable007ParticipantHi,
I saw some have similar issue, i added this “add_action(‘woodmart_get_prev_product_same_term’, ‘__return_true’);”
but it did not solve the issue.
I have added ftp details aswell.
This is extremely urgent, our products are getting disapproved on our marketing channels.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Sorry, but the FTP access seems to be wrong and we can’t connect to your server to troubleshoot this. https://gyazo.com/61577bb17eb1a49aae5f6dba1c48989f

HiriParticipantHi, please, I have the exact same issue on my website, I noticed it today when I was working on my product feed for my digital campaigns.
I spent the whole day trying to figure out what’s wrong. I made a staging website, desactivated every plugin and then discovered that elementor is the problem, but only on woodmart because everything is fine on Astra and Shoptimizer when I tried there.
This is quite urgent, our products are being rejected from our advertising platform because of that.

mrkapable007ParticipantHi Team,
Any updates on this? This is critical business season.
Do you have a way to roll back or something to fix this temporarily?
December 4, 2025 at 8:45 am #699113
HiriParticipantHi mrkapable007, I have the same issue and after my research, I finally found this php code and then I added it to my code snippet plugin yesterday
add_action(‘woodmart_get_prev_product_same_term’, ‘__return_true’);
All my products are now loading except one. At least, most of the issue is fixed for the moment.
You can try to reduce the damages with this code until the woodmart team come up with a true solution for usDecember 4, 2025 at 8:52 am #699114
mrkapable007ParticipantHi @Hiri,
i actually tried this code it only fixed about 1% of the issue, still waiting on the woodmart theme to resolve this, as it is extremely urgent.

mrkapable007ParticipantHi Team,
We don’t mean to rush this but this is very critical and urgent.
The provided patch does not resolve the issue.
Have you looked into this?
December 4, 2025 at 3:26 pm #699246
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Yes, we are actively working on resolving this issue. Upon investigation, we discovered that it is caused by the latest WordPress update to their cache system. Similar issues have been reported with other themes, including Storefront, under specific conditions. We are searching for a workaround and are committed to releasing a new patch as soon as possible.
Kind Regards
