Plugin and Patcher install problem

I encountered two problems while installing the theme.
1. Plugins.
Installing and activating the plugin. It takes forever to load, and I have to manually refresh the page.

2. Patcher
Gives an error: Something wrong with removing data. Please try to remove data manually or contact our support center for further assistance.
It also takes forever to load, but unlike plugins, nothing happens.

As we can see, the plugins are already installed. Could you please send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong with the Patcher?
