Hi,
I’m using Woodmart 8.3.7 with Elementor on a new site (still under construction):
page whit look problem: https://b2bstay.com/plans-advertisement-pricing/
On this page I’m using a GeoDirectory Pricing Manager “packages” block, which should show Font Awesome check/cross icons for each feature (auto renewing, free trial, featured stay, etc.). I also use a GD search button where I can choose a Font Awesome icon.
Problem: on the frontend **no Font Awesome icons are visible**. I only see simple bullet points or text (for example the “Find” button shows only the text, not the icon). In the Elementor backend preview the icons are visible, but on the live frontend with Woodmart they disappear.
GeoDirectory support replied: *“Your theme is disabling Font Awesome icons. Check by switching to the 2025 theme.”* — which seems to be true.
What I’ve already checked:
– Woodmart → Theme Settings → **Fonts & Icons → Font Awesome library = “Always use”**
– GeoDirectory Font Awesome helper: Type = CSS, Version = 6.7.2, Enqueue = Frontend + Backend, v4 shims enabled.
– No cache plugin active.
So it looks like Woodmart is either dequeuing or overriding Font Awesome, or using a different font-family for .fa / .fa-* icons so nothing is rendered.
Could you please check poblem:
thanks
The site is still under construction; I can provide temporary admin access in a private reply if you need to log in and inspect.
Thank you!
