I can’t find the home page layout editing section. like changing, and enabling and disabling product items.

When you edit the home page, you will find the element set there “products (Grid OR Carousel)“. When you edit that element, you will find the settings to show/hide, remove the products or categories as per your requirements. Please refer to this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/c4EjEmQsXjiJ.png
