You can not add a specific footer for each page separately.
However, you can turn OFF the footer to show from any specific page by editing it: https://pasteboard.co/nEEnyY1RMvzF.png

And then you can try creating an HTML Block and add elements to it, and then add the Shortcode of the HTML block to the page at the very bottom.
