rfriedlParticipantHello,
I am experiencing a critical issue with the mobile menu on my site: https://stellamaris.com.ar
The Problem: When clicking the “Mobile Menu” (hamburger icon) on mobile devices, the side navigation sidebar does not open. The button click event does not fire properly; it simply appends a # to the URL.
Technical Diagnosis & Console Errors: Upon inspecting the browser console, I see the following error which suggests a conflict with the current WordPress jQuery version: JQMIGRATE: jQuery.fn.scroll() event shorthand is deprecated
Troubleshooting steps already taken (Issue persists):
Theme Version: WoodMart and Woodmart Core are updated to the latest versions.
Header Builder: The “Mobile menu” element is correctly placed in the mobile view.
Menu Assignment: A menu is correctly assigned to the “Mobile Side Navigation” location in Appearance > Menus.
Performance Settings:
“Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” is turned OFF.
“Combine JS” and “Minify JS” are turned OFF.
“Disable Swiper slider script on mobile” is turned OFF.
Caching: I have purged Cloudflare cache completely and tested in “Development Mode”.
Plugins: I previously used “Super Progressive Web Apps” but have deactivated it. I also tried installing “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” but the issue remains.
Please investigate the JavaScript conflict preventing the menu from triggering.
Thank you.

rfriedlParticipantHello again,
I would like to add two more issues to this ticket that I forgot to mention in my previous message. Please check these as well while you are troubleshooting:
1. Header Banner is missing: The “Header Banner” is enabled in Theme Settings > General, but it is not showing on the frontend.
2. Promo Popup is missing: The “Promo Popup” is also enabled and configured, but it does not appear on the site, even after clearing cookies.
Please investigate why these elements are hidden alongside the mobile menu issue.
Thank you.

rfriedlParticipantHello Artem,
The admin credentials were already provided in the Private Content area of my first message in this thread. Please check the top of this ticket.
As I mentioned, I have tested the site with only the essential plugins (Core, WooCommerce, Elementor) and the Mobile Menu works correctly. This confirms a plugin conflict.
Please use the credentials provided to log in, identify which specific plugin is causing the conflict, and check why the Header Banner and Popup are not showing.
Waiting for your update.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Yes, if the plugin works without your third-party plugins, it confirms a conflict with some of the installed plugins. To identify the specific plugin causing the issue, you need to activate each plugin one by one and observe its functionality at each step.
Kind Regards
