Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Those attribute filters only display terms that actually have products assigned to them.
If a collection attribute is not appearing in the sidebar, it usually means that no products are currently linked to that specific attribute term.
Please double-check that each attribute term has products properly assigned. Once products are associated, the missing attributes should automatically appear in the filters on the shop page.

htashrif52ParticipantI’m facing an issue: I’ve already created and saved over 50 variable products without any problems. But now, when I create a new variable product and assign collection attributes, everything saves and publishes correctly — however, the product count in the collection filter doesn’t update, and the product doesn’t appear on the shop page.
But when I open the product using View Product from the WordPress Products page, it does show. The product name is TRU9.
Collection Attribute: TRIBU
There should be 8 products in this collection, but the filter only shows 7.The product is uploaded, but it’s not appearing in the shop filters.
Can you please check?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools.
See this screenshot: https://gyazo.com/73736acec1f3ef5787e4e1610d3f3851
Navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disable Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering and check the issue: https://gyazo.com/637a2e9265c643fd5cb960587d543e41

htashrif52ParticipantThank you for the update.
Before I proceed, could you please clarify what the exact issue is?
Do I need to regenerate the Product Attributes Lookup Table every time I create a new variable product? is that any problem? Also, after disabling “Use the product attributes lookup table for catalogue filtering”, what should I check or confirm to understand the root cause?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You don’t need to regenerate the Product Attributes Lookup Table every time you create a new variable product. Normally, WooCommerce updates it automatically. Regeneration is only required if data becomes out of sync (for example, missing attributes in filters).
After disabling “Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering”, please check whether all collection attributes appear correctly on the shop page.
- If they do, the issue is related to the lookup table indexing.
- If not, then the cause may be elsewhere (cache or custom queries).
You can keep the option enabled once the table is regenerated and working correctly.
