Text display problem

    Hi Support,
    This morning, while saving texts for our subcategories, we discovered two new problems!

    1st problem:
    Why are the lines of text so far apart?

    2nd problem:
    Why do the sentences in the texts go outside the box?

    Hello,

    Maybe it is caused by copying and pasting the content from an external source . Extra formatting, invisible characters, or line breaks can carry over and affect how the text displays.

    To fix this, I recommend:

    • Copy the text into a plain text editor (like Notepad) first to remove any extra formatting.
    • Then paste the cleaned text back into your WordPress editor.
    • Adjust spacing using the editor or the block settings as needed.

    This should resolve both the line spacing and overflow issues. If you have any question,s feel free to contact us.

    Hi,
    We tried your suggestions, but unfortunately, even with a text editor, the lines are too spaced out and the text overflows the block!

    What should we do?

    Hello,

    I have added the description in the “Women’s Fashion Clothing” category, and it is showing fine. Please check back your site and check the description added in product > Categories.

    For the text touching the right side because you are selecting the site width “Full width content” that is why your content on your site is in full width. Try to choose only “full width” and see the effect.

    Hi support,
    The line spacing is fine, but how do I set the site to “full width”?
    Could you do that? You have access to the back office.
    I’ll reactivate your access at 2 PM French time, which is 6 PM Pakistani time!
