Add to Cart and Quick View on Mobile

Hi Team,
Please I would like my website to have the Add to Cart button function as Quick view on both desktop and mobile. I would like the Add to cart icon/button on both mobile and desktop to trigger a quick view of the product appearing on the screen as “Quick View” currently does.
Can I please get help with this. Thank you.

Sorry to say there is no option in theme settings for this. The Add to Cart button has a different function and cannot be converted into Quick View via theme settings on desktop or mobile. Quick View works as a separate feature with its own trigger.
You can find the quick view option from Theme Settings > Shop > Quick View. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Thank you for getting back to me. I’m aware of the function you’ve just explained. However I would like the “Add Cart” icon to do the same thing as the “Quick View” on the archive /shop pages. Is there a CSS to make this happen?
The reason I need this is because the quick shop is an excellent feature, however it’s not best when a product has more 2+ variables. It struggles to fit into the product grid and does not offer good user experince.
Please can you provide me with a code to overide this on the theme or can you sort this. I just need the Quick view function for both “Quick view” and “Add to Cart”

It requires customization, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
