Loading image header builder

want to edit the header and upload a new logo, but I keep getting the message \\\”It\\\’s loading\\\” (see screenshot).
I copied the theme from another webshop and requested a new license.
What should I do?

Please download the fresh version of the theme from your account on ThemeForest and reinstall the theme, replacing all the files via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

To activate the new license > Go to > WoodMart > Theme License
Enter your purchase code and activate it.

did this, but i also cant change the header builder:
When i click on ‘save header’ with uploaded a logo, its only loading and does nothing.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Thanks! I did what you ask, but it also doesn’t work. All de plugins are deactivited now except the required plugins. Can you look into WordPress?

You are using a very old version of the theme and not updating the theme. Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.8 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
