Woodmart Product page not showing complete product details

    Hi
    I am using vegetables template of woodmart theme but after importing the website, the product page is not displaying as per in the original template. Also, couldn’t find any option where I can change them so the core file/option is missing. I have attached the screenshot. Kindly check it and help me resolve it.

    Hello,

    This demo is using a custom layout for a single product page. Navigate to Layouts > edit the single product layout and change or add the product content widget in the product page layout to show product description.

    Hi

    Thanks for your response but both are not helpful.

    Firstly, creating a new layout won’t give me an option to get a layout same like in the theme template (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/vegetables/product/tomatoes/).

    Secondly, the existing single product layout is unchanged after importing the demo but it doesn’t show up the product as in the theme template (screenshot attached of single product template).

    I need my products to show up same like in theme template so help me fix this. The ‘tomatoes’ product is already imported but not fully (screenshot attached).

    On single product page, the Calories part, General Info part, Nutritions Fact part, Frequently Bought Together section, Customer Reviews Section and You may be interested in section are missing. Also the ‘Online Sports Nutrition and Natural Dietetics.’ section is overlapping with the footer and not showing ‘read more’ button (screenshot attached).

    So, I need your help to get the product page (Tomatoes) same like in the theme which didn’t work after importing it twice. If I manage to get at least 1 product as per theme template, then I will be able to do the same for all existing products.

    Hello,

    Please check your site again and review the single product page. I’ve added the Product Content widget to the layout so the product description is now displayed correctly.

    Regarding the other sections:

    • Frequently Bought Together is not currently configured on your site, which is why it’s not showing. Please follow this guide to enable and set it up: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/frequently-bought-together/
    • Customer Reviews will appear once you add reviews to the product.
    • Recently Viewed Products will be displayed automatically after you visit other products on the site.

    Hi
    I can see that you have made some changes but even after that, still the General Info and t he Nutritions facts is not visible on any product including the products like ‘Tomatoes’ which was imported from your theme.

    Can you please check again and make the ‘Tomatoes’ product same like in the original template (screenshot attached) so I can copy the settings for all other products? Or if you want you can take the backup of all the products from original template and send me to upload it and I will confirm if it has worked.

    For the other issues, I understand they will work once applied.

    Will wait for confirmation once the product is same as per the template.

    Hello,

    Installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a large number of pages and images that take too much time to complete.

    Most images and pages you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported.

    Navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout with the page builder that you are using.

    Here, you can edit this section and choose the data source whose attributes you want to display.

    Hi

    Thanks for your support. I understand that not all pages are included and that’s why I didin’t asked for any pages but as your theme is woocommerce based so everyone would want the shop and product pages to be as per the theme template. The product layout isn’t imported as per the theme and my main concern was to get 1 product as per your theme and I could work on the other products.

    As you have mentioned that these comes with the attributes, so I will work on it and check it if I can achieve what is in the original product template.

    Also, in the documentation link you have shared (screenshot attached), it doesn’t have any layout of the vegetables product template. So, if you can add 1 layout of the vegetables product template this will help your customers to get it without contacting the support.

    Hello,

    However, demo product layouts are built using the Layout Builder with product attributes and sample content, and they are not imported as fixed, ready-to-use product templates. This is because layouts are designed to be flexible and work with different product types, attributes, and data.

    Once you assign the Single Product Layout and configure the required product attributes (images, categories, attributes, etc.), you should be able to achieve the same structure and appearance as shown in the demo for at least one product, and then reuse it for others.

    Regarding your suggestion about adding a vegetable product layout to the documentation: all single product layouts in the documentation follow the same configuration principles and settings. You can review the existing layout examples, check their layout and widget settings, and apply the same structure to your products (including vegetables) by using the relevant product data and attributes.

    The difference you see in demo products comes from the product content (images, attributes, categories, etc.), not from a separate or unique layout setup.
