The “Download failed. Unauthorized” message usually means the theme license isn’t properly active on the current site or is still tied to another domain.
Please try these steps:
– Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License.
– If it is active, click Deactivate.
– Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click Check Again.
– Return to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and Activate with your purchase code.
– Then go to Appearance -> Themes or Dashboard -> Updates and run the theme update.
