Product (grid or carousel) Settings couldn't select category

Good day,
I would like to ask some questions regarding the themes:
1. As the title said, I couldn’t show product from specified category. When I fill Categories or tags field, it doesnt show any category suggestion

2. Is it possible for product (grid or carousel) on mobile view, it only show 1 column instead of 2 columns?

1. Are you able to provide us your FTP access so we could troubleshoot it and provide you with a solution?
2. Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings for mobile devices only

The problem is caused by Polylang plugin. We have tested with a default theme together with the default category element and it does not work.

Please contact Polylang plugin support, this is not a theme issue because this problem occurs on default theme as well.
