Portfolio items are not shown

Hello!
We have a website with installed woodmart.
And the page https://{domain}/portfolio/ is not shown correctly. There must be categories and the posts. The posts are just dummy content imported by default from the content importerter. But, if we understood correctly, those portfolio posts should be visible.
We cleaned up all the cache plugins, but still the same. Tried to deactivate all the plugins still the same. Is there any specific instructions on how to activate it and make it working? Can you please check on our dev-website why it isn’t working properly?

Yes, please. You can try to deactivate the plugins. But regarding the parent theme: we have several custom settings in functions.php of the child theme. Will they work after you switch back to the child theme?

Yes — your custom code in the child theme’s functions.php will remain safe. Switching temporarily to the parent theme will not delete any child-theme changes. After testing, when you switch back to the child theme, all your customizations will work again.
Please download the theme from your account on ThemeForest and reinstall the theme, replacing all the files via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new and let us know if it works.

Reinstalled the theme like you suggested
Currectly the portfolio is at https://{DOMAIN}/portfolio-new/
but this page is empty. Meaning it doesnt have the posts, but just the tabs on the top.
Is it possible to fix it?

We have checked your issue and can confirm that the portfolio posts are currently being output (as shown here: https://monosnap.ai/file/PnwnSHdQUmzSZpgPi1acL97PhhGTYZ).
However, they are not visible on the page because having an image in each portfolio item is mandatory. Since the posts do not have featured images, they are not displayed.

Ok, setting the featured image for each post makes the images visible on the page (portfolio page). But it it just an imgae without a name of the post. Is it possible to arrange the view of this page, so that beside of just the image it shows the title of each post?

I checked your site and can confirm that the project titles are currently shown on hover over each portfolio image.
If you want the titles to be always visible together with the image (not only on hover), please do the following:
Navigate to Woodmart > Theme Settings > Portfolio > Portfolio Archive and choose a Portfolio Style that displays the title permanently (for example: text under image): https://ibb.co/bjyKcmNB
