Category description

Navigate to Products > Categories in your WordPress dashboard > Edit the category where you’d like to add the description and add your content to the “Description” field: https://ibb.co/DgZSj7d

This demo is using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which are part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart. So, navigate to Layouts > Edit Product Archive Layout and add an archive description widget in the layout: https://ibb.co/rRQdrg8k to show the description widget.

The first part (Products > Categories > Description) is where you write the content for each category. That content exists, but it won’t automatically appear unless your layout has a widget to display it.

Since your demo uses Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, you need to add the “Archive Description” widget to your category/archive layout:

1. Navigate to Layouts > Edit Product Archive Layout in your dashboard.
2. Add the “Archive Description” widget to the layout where you want the category description to appear.
3. Save the layout. Now, the description you wrote for each category will show automatically on the frontend.

This way, each category’s description will be displayed according to the layout you’ve set.
