Phone field not shown in shipping details

I have set the phone field as mandatory in shipping details on Woocommerce > Checkout fields:

But then on the checkout it does not appear:

You can check the option in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout. You will find the option and make sure “Phone field” is not hidden.

The phone field is required only in the billing section by default. When you enable “Ship to a different address”, WooCommerce doesn’t automatically duplicate the billing phone field into the shipping section.
To show a phone field in the shipping address, you need to add a custom shipping phone field. You can check the same with the default theme (Storefront) to confirm this.
