Floating Bar & Pop Up not working

Could not edit the both the floating bar and pop up, images also can’t be changed. the changes were not reflected.

Navigate to Elementor > Settings > General.
Under “Post Types”, check the option for “Popups” and “Floating” as shown here: https://postimg.cc/wtQ7PjJH , then you will be able to edit with Elementor and edit the popup content.

Thanks, I managed to setup 1 pop up.
But every time I go to the next page even cart and checkout pages, the pop up keeps appearing even though I had clicked the X button.
How to stop it from appearing?
I managed to do the setting for the pop up already
