When I edit the shop page with an elementor using the woddmart theme, I report an error: You must call the “the_content” function in the current template before the elementor can work on this page. And I have tried to close all other plugins, but it hasn’t been resolved. This problem has been bothering me for a long time, please help me solve it. Thank you

    Hello,

You cannot edit these functional pages with Elementor directly. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts, and for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Best Regards,

    关于这些页面只能使用主题的布局生成器创建而不能修改现有的吗?

    Hello,

By default, WooCommerce system pages (Shop, Category, Single Product, Cart, Checkout, etc.) are not editable directly with Elementor, because they use special templates and don’t call the_content() the way Elementor requires — that’s why you see that error.

    So yes:

You should customize these pages using WoodMart’s Layout Builder, not by editing the original page with Elementor.

The original WooCommerce pages stay as they are.

In Layout Builder, you create a custom layout and assign conditions (Shop, Category, Single Product, etc.), and WoodMart will replace the default template with your design.

If you do not want to create a custom layout and want to edit from theme settings, navigate to Theme Settings > Shop or Product Archive to configure the settings.

    Best Regards,
