The same specifications are displayed on all single product pages of the shop, whereas I would like to be able to customize them individually.

This demo is using a custom layout for a single product page. Navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout with the page builder that you are using.
Here, you can edit the specification section and choose the data source whose attributes you want to display.

These are product attributes that can be edited and configured for each product individually.
