JamParticipantI set the mobile menu to drilldown in Header Builder → Mobile Menu Styles, but I’m not sure how to connect the HTML block with a category, or what settings I should use for it.
Could you please help me with this? This is what I mean:

Navigate to Appearance > Menu > Edit Categories menu > Expand menu item and choose the HTML Block: https://ibb.co/8nyJKWym
Please check this manual:

JamParticipantI already did this, I am using the same HTML block that I am using for desktop categories menu, is this maybe the problem? These are my settings in Appearance > Menu > Edit Categories menu > Expand menu item (I have included an screenshot) , and it won’t show the block.

JamParticipantI needed to enable HTML blocks in Mobile menu settings, and that was the solution.

JamParticipantIs it possible to create something like this? For example, now there are main categories, and when you hover over the arrow, an HTML block appears.
I would like to have a main category, then subcategories opening from the arrow, and from those subcategories a third level of categories as well. Please take a look at the video, it is an example from another website.
Is it possible to create something similar to what is shown in the attached video, if yes, how?
January 31, 2026 at 10:03 am #706790Hello,
Please navigate to Header Builder ->Edit Current Header -> Switch to Mobile Header -> Mobile menu -> enable the “Show HTML Blocks” option –https://ibb.co/DfMLFC6m for mobile. Then you can see the mega menu of the category in the mobile menu.
If the issue remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

February 3, 2026 at 10:41 am #707035Hello,
You can set up multi-level categories like this:
Navigate to Appearance > Menus > Add your main categories as menu items.
Under each main category, add subcategories by dragging them slightly to the right to make them sub-menu items.
If you want a third level, choose Mega Menu for the subcategory:
See this screenshot for better understanding: https://ibb.co/zTH2tNL4
But if you do not want to add html block, you can simply add the sub-menu items under the sub-category.
See this screenshot: https://ibb.co/Y4NWpRGd
This way, you can have:
Main category > hover shows subcategories
Subcategory > hover shows third-level categories or custom content
