    Hello WoodMart Support,

I’m contacting you because the Popup Builder described in your documentation is not functioning on my site, and popup editing is currently unusable.

According to your documentation, popups should be editable via a Popup Builder interface with layout, trigger, condition, and close behavior settings. However, none of these options are available in my installation.

    Reference documentation:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/popup-builder/

    Current issues:

    • There is no functioning popup builder interface available.
    • Popups cannot be edited with Elementor as described in the documentation.
    • Gutenberg editing does not show any popup settings panel or gear icon.
    • No trigger, condition, close behavior, or popup configuration options are available anywhere in the popup editor.
    • Editing existing or premade popups does not change what appears on the website.
    • Clearing WP Rocket cache and testing in incognito/private windows does not update popup content.
    • The site continues to show the original popup content regardless of edits.
    • Disabling Gutenberg only loads the Classic Editor, but changes there also do not affect the live popup.

In short, popups display on the site but cannot be properly edited or configured, making the popup system effectively unusable.

    Could you please clarify:

Why the Popup Builder interface and settings are missing?

Why popup edits (VERY basic edits to template you CAN do) do not update on the frontend?

How to restore normal popup editing functionality?

Please let me know if you need admin access or additional screenshots.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello,

Navigate to Elementor > Settings > General.
Under “Post Types”, check the option for “Popups” and “Floating” as shown here: https://postimg.cc/wtQ7PjJH , then you will be able to edit with Elementor.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards,
