Header Import/Default Settings Not Working

    Hi Support Team,
    I’m experiencing multiple critical issues with the WoodMart Header Builder that are preventing me from properly configuring headers on my site.
    Issue 1: Imported Headers Not Applying as Default
    Despite following the documentation at https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-default-header-for-website/, I cannot get imported headers to work at all.
    Steps I’ve attempted:

    Setting default header globally:

    Navigated to Dashboard → WoodMart → Header builder
    Imported a header
    Clicked the star icon (“Make it default”) for the imported header
    Result: No header displays on the website

    Setting header per individual page:

    Edited pages via Dashboard → Pages
    Used the “Custom header for this page” option to select the imported header
    Result: Header still does not appear

    Checking Theme Settings:

    Attempted to set the header in the header section of the settings page
    Result: Still no header displays

    Issue 2: Mobile View Settings Applying to All Device Views
    As a workaround, I built a custom header using Elementor, which does display correctly. However, when I attempt to adjust the layout for mobile view:

    Changes made to mobile-specific settings are applying globally to all device views (desktop, tablet, and mobile)
    Mobile settings are not isolated to mobile devices only
    This makes it impossible to have different layouts for different screen sizes

    Expected behavior:

    Imported headers should apply when set as default or assigned to specific pages
    Mobile view settings should only affect mobile devices, not desktop and tablet views

    Current status:
    Unable to use imported headers at all, and unable to properly configure responsive layouts on custom-built headers.
    Could you please advise on what might be causing these issues and how to resolve them?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Thanks, it was a conflict with Elementor header templates.
