custom popups and custom archive filter not working

    Hi,
    I’ve run into a strange issue:

    1.A pop-up created using Woodmart elements stops working after some time.

    2.On product archive pages built with a custom layout, the product filter button does not appear. Additionally, the off-canvas button in the mobile navbar is missing on these pages. Both work correctly on the default archive page.

    Steps I’ve taken so far:

    Disabled all plugins except those required by Woodmart — no change.

    Switched back to the parent theme — no change.

    Checked the Chrome console; no errors are reported.

    Hello,

    01. Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem so we can understand and reproduce it on your website.

    02. When you create a custom layout with a page builder, you need to add the dedicated widgets with the page builder manually. You need to add the product filters in the layout to show the filters.

    Regarding the off-canvas column button in mobile, navigate to Layouts > Edit product archive Layout with page builder and add the off-canvas columns button in the layout: https://ibb.co/ycwk3tcq

    You should have 2 columns and one of them should have the Column role for the off-canvas layout option. Edit the “Sidebar” column and in its settings set the Column role for “off-canvas layout” as “Off-canvas”: https://take.ms/puKlD

    About the first problem: A pop-up created using Woodmart elements stops working after some time.
    as you can see in image I have made a popup with html blocks . but when I click on it, nothing happens. Just its address is added to the end of Url starting with # sign. is it clear?

    Hello,

    Please make sure the pop-up option is enabled in Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup and clear the cache, and check the issue.

    If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    As I told you before I want to make a popup with woodmart element in elementor not a promo popup, However I turned it On. and as I told you before I have disabled all other plugins once and used parent theme, not help.
    Its a live site, I can’t keep my plugins disabled.

    Hello,

    To investigate this properly without affecting your live website. Please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.
