Product Page is not accssibale at all and server usuages showing full

    Hi Team,

    We are currently facing a major performance issue on our e-commerce website:
    https://www.perfumeaddicts.in/

    Despite multiple troubleshooting steps, the product pages are not loading and the server resources are getting fully exhausted.

    Experiments Done

    1. Disabled all plugins except:
    – Elementor
    – Elementor Pro-
    – Woodmart Theme Plugin
    – WooCommerce

    2. There is currently no traffic on the website.
    3. Enabled the Maintenance Page and set it as the homepage to prevent public access.
    4. Even after this, the product pages still fail to load.

    Problems Observed:
    1. Server Resource Exhaustion

    As soon as we make the site live, the server gets overloaded immediately:
    – CPU usage spikes to 100%
    – Physical memory usage reaches the maximum limit (2GB full)
    – The server becomes unresponsive (Screenshot attached)
    This happens even without active visitors.

    2. Product Page Not Loading
    The following flow works fine:
    – Step 1: Homepage loads correctly
    – Step 2: Category page loads correctly
    – Step 3: Product page fails and times out

    Example product page:

    This page takes an unusually long time to load, consumes all available memory, and eventually shows a blank screen or timeout.

    3. Additional Notes:
    – Elementor is a fully licensed version
    – Woodmart theme is also a licensed version
    You may reactivate plugins and investigate further directly via cPanel if needed.

    We request urgent assistance in identifying what is causing the product pages to overload the server (queries, theme conflict, WooCommerce issue, PHP limits, etc.) and resolving this as soon as possible.

    We suspect that product page is the problem. Something is wrong there.

    Meanwhile, We have created a test environment and uploaded the same site on following url.

    W e have changed the theme from Woodmart to Astra. The product page is loading good.

    I am sharing test environment wordpress credientials.

    Please look into this urgently.. Since this is ecommerce website, sales is going down as well.

    Hello,

    Please download the latest version of the theme from your account on ThemeForest and reinstall the theme, replacing all the files via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new and let us know if it works.

    We already did that, we replaced original elementor, woodmart and wordfiles core files. but still the problem there.
    CPU use is full..

    I understand, that s what I have mentioned that, server is utilizing full because of some problem.
    I have given you cpanel access, pls login to cpanel and check..
