Register new account issue

I am not able to create new account, its not showing any button or form to create new account.
please tell me also how can i limit the register account option when ever i wish. Kindly help me ASAP.

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy and make sure you have enabled the option http://prntscr.com/ke4mmq
